Kindergarten!

 Well, we did it... I just dropped my first born off at Kindergarten. I have to say I'm just the slightest offended that she went so easily..without a 2nd thought. I was the one that kept asking if she was ok, and if she was excited. She finally told me "mom I will be just fine, just pick me up after school okay? .."

Kaylee was not a big fan of the uniform idea at first, but after explaining that she wouldn't be the only one wearing these "plain" clothes as she calls them, she was just fine with it.

Earlier this week she was really upset about the idea of going to Kindergarten. I couldn't figure out why, she had been so excited...and then she said "I'm worried that they won't have snacks like at preschool...i'm going to get starving from all that learning!!"  After I assured her that she wouldn't go "starving" she was just fine.

This is just crazy. I remember my first day of Kindergarten...where does the time go?

summer fun 2014

 We had a great summer, so sad that its over. Here are some of our favorite memories...

 Kaylee slipped and fell in the mud...she didn't think it was to funny.

 "Fairy Forest" next to our camp ground...tonz of fun, we made our own little fairy village and contributed it to the forest.

 Sometimes the only way to keep baby happy on hikes is with blue dye # 3 and high fructose corn syrup!

Dance, preschool grad, summer fun!

 Kaylee had her dance recital this past weekend. It was so much fun to watch. She did amazing, and looked beautiful!

We had a fun time playing down town. We went to gateway, city creek, temple square, and saw the joseph smith movie. Had such a fun day with my girlies.

Island Paradise

 Hawaii has always been our very favorite place in the world, so it was fun to share it with the girls, and my family. We had an awesome family trip! We had such a good time, it always goes by too fast. Here are some of the amazing things we got to see and do.

 Brooks couldn't of gotten more wet if we would of thrown her in the ocean... even the rain is fun in Maui!

 Hiking our favorite bamboo hike...even though it was raining, and we had mud up to our knees, and we got soaked, and we couldn't even go very far because the river was too high to cross, it was still fun!

 Brooks choose an owl at the store for her souvenir...she wouldn't even consider a cute sea animal... or anything remotely to do with hawaii... oh well... its a very cute owl.
